Mr. Hecker entered the revenue-based financing business in September 2008 and successfully grew and sold Rapid Capital Funding (RCF). In December 2014, Mr. Hecker sold 50% of RCF to NAB. In 2018, Mr. Hecker sold his remaining 50% to NAB and his non-competes were terminated allowing Mr. Hecker to re enter the Revenue-Based Financing space. On February 21, 2020, Hecker acquired an equity stake in Bitty Advance and in July, 2020, Hecker purchased the remainder of the business from the founders. Hecker is a pioneer and leader in the revenue-based financing industry and provides valuable thought leadership and capital that has helped Bitty continue to grow and become the leader in the Revenue-Based Financing space.

Jeff is an experienced multifaceted professional with more than 20 years of experience in IT operations and has handled management of both on and offshore call centers. His broad experience has allowed him to lead numerous successful marketing campaigns for many Fortune 500 companies. At Bitty Advance, Jeff is responsible for daily system operations of the Bitty platform that includes servicing, business continuity, troubleshooting, and user support.

Patrick brings over 13 years of expertise in alternative commercial finance, with a focus on Revenue-Based Financing. His proven success in legal compliance, operational management, and strategic planning has been instrumental in building a highly experienced collections management team. As a founding member of the Alternative Finance Bar Association, Patrick’s deep industry connections are invaluable in refining Bitty’s servicing operations. Previously, he led the servicing department at Rapid Finance.

Brian is an accomplished marketing professional with two decades of experience in software sales, digital marketing, lead generation, data management and attribution. More recently, over the last eight years, Brian has consulted for numerous companies in both the consumer and business finance industries. At Bitty Advance, Brian oversees and executes all digital marketing activities including demand generation, content creation, marketing automation, partner and consumer communication and data analysis. 

Dan’s expertise in business banking, sales and customer service fueled his success in the business financing industry. Dan has been with Bitty since its inception and helped create many of Bitty’s programs and underwriting guidelines. Dan draws on his experience in coaching to lead Bitty’s daily operations. At Bitty Advance, Dan is responsible for monitoring workflow and ensuring optimal productivity and performance. He is also responsible for developing and managing business strategies.

Charlie has been an integral part of Bitty since its inception, bringing extensive experience in retail operations, human resources, and exceptional customer service. His unmatched work ethic has been instrumental in transitioning to the Revenue-Based Financing industry. At Bitty, Charlie oversees Partner Relations, drives new business growth, leads training initiatives, and spearheads regional business development efforts.

Dustin is a full stack developer / data analyst with nearly a decade of well-rounded experience in the Telcom and financial industries.  Working in multiple departments and for a diverse set of corporations has given him broad knowledge in customer relationship management (CRM) software, data analytics, object-oriented and user-centered development. At Bitty Advance, Dustin is responsible for Software Architecture / Development, Database Management, Cloud Services, and Reporting.

Sarah has spent more than 15 years of experience in Call Center Management both on and offshore call centers. Managing daily call center operations, including agent recruiting, training, coaching, and sales support. At Bitty Advance, Sarah is responsible for Center Operations for pre-qualifications, sales, customer service and servicing teams.

Pete is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Starting his career in sales, he quickly rose through the ranks due to his exceptional performance, earning multiple awards for his contributions. As a team leader, Pete has demonstrated strong leadership skills, managing teams and overseeing key operational initiatives, including hiring and training. His expertise in sales strategy and team management has consistently contributed to the success of the organizations he’s been part of.
